Representative came to our house right on time, and she was very knowledgeable about our needs. Shingle work was performed when the weather was perfect. Twelve person crew did the job in one day. Efficient, hard working team impressed us greatly. Our roof is steep and it has lots of angles, but the crew did the job perfectly. We had three new skylights installed, with a very minimum of dust falling into the house. There are no leaks anywhere. We'd hire J & B West again in an instant. It's great to find a company of high integrity. Thank you.
