I gave them every chance possible for over 6 months trying to work with them and give them every benefit of doubt but they simply have no idea what they are doing. My Insurance company even advised me to stop working with them. I told this to an employee there and he was going to inform the owner. The owner did not even have the courtesy to call me back. In fact no one has tried to call me back so they must get it. Terrible to work with.
