John Kerr review about company Strittmatter Plumbing, Air Conditioning & Heating

Living in the Denton area, I had seen Strittmatter's commercials on TV and since I was looking for a new AC service company, I thought that I would give them a try... I called and schedule an AC service tune-up and asked about their service plans. Lisa took the time to email me a copy and kindly answered my questions. A day before my scheduled service, Lisa called to remind me and advised that Andy W. would be my service tech. Andy arrived on schedule and went completely through my AC system and as I watched, he explained the items he was checking and advised their condition. I never once felt pressured to buy something that was not needed... Thanks Andy... look forward to my next check-up...
