This company was contracted through my insurance company. This company explains things to you in a confusing way and then blames you stating they have been doing this for 30 years and its not their fault you don't understand, after creating issues with my insurance for their explanations. They failed on timing promises as well as follow ups on other promises. At the end, they told me none of it was their problem and they have wasted enough time on me.
