James Johnson review about company Hearn Insulation & Improvement

Horrible! Literally no customer service. Technician got stuck in traffic and couldn't make it to our first appointment. He came two days later, took pictures, and promised to call me back that night with an estimate. He never called back. When I called the main number a week later the woman who answered the phone told me "He decided not to mess with it." So basically they decided not to do the job and didn't bother calling to tell me. Pathetic.
