Amy Rose review about company Big Fish Roofing

My client didn't even have the chance to consider them for the work. ASHLEY, and the other woman that works as the "receptionist," are two of THE rudest people I've ever talked to in this business. You HAVE to have the phone number of who originally called for them to even find information about the inspection, job, or estimate appointment. They cannot look up anything by address, they have no recollection of my client calling for the appointment, nor did they say they spoke to me this week about making sure the homeowner was there in case they needed access. ASHLEY told me she's the ONLY person who EVER answers the phone there, but when I called today, she wasn't in and someone had to transfer the phone to her when she "got back from lunch." Apparently Ashley thinks she never leaves the office because both me and the client both called there and never spoke to ASHLEY until today. The girl didn't even understand why I was calling initially because she interrupted me on the phone. I would NEVER do business with this company if this is your customer service department. If that was also the owner's wife in the office, he needs to get her out of there and fire Ashley. These people are rude, not professional, and as a real estate broker I would never give out their number to a client again. I originally met with an estimator/maybe the owner when we bought our house and he was great, but to have to deal with these women again in the office I would NEVER. Move on to another roofer, this company is trouble thanks to their phone-answering skills.
