Wade Gingerich review about company Dominick's Aluminun Works Llc

I initially contacted Rain Control Aluminum in April 2018 to repair the gutters at my home. I was told they were extremely busy and there was no way for them to tell me how long it would take to get the repairs done. I should have moved on immediately. Instead, I waited several months for an estimate, which had to be done twice because an estimate was not created for the repairs I had initially requested. Since the estimate was provided I have waited several more months and get no communication about when the repairs will be done. The communication to me from the company has been horrible and when I reach out to them they just say they will contact someone else within the company to see what they can do to speed up the process.
