I am extremely happy with the professionalism of the staff of MLM. Jason Wooten the consultant did the initial inspection of the roof and explained in detail the process involved and was very thorough and calm and answered all the questions which I had. Jason was very helpful in dealing with the insurance company and was very prompt to respond to my calls. Jason introduced me to Josh Knepper the project manager for the job. I have no hesitation to say that Josh and his assistant James carried over where Jason left off. Josh was very professional in his approach explained each and every step on what to expect on the day of the roof replacement. Josh explained the layers of the roof and the materials used and the Maryland codes, etc. I was very impressed and pleased and my anxiety level became very low after talking to Josh. Then came the day of roof replacement the crew arrived at 7AM and the crew manager Mr Nelson Gomez explained to me the process, quickly the crew covered the home perimeter with tarp. Nelson was so nice that I was surprised that he explained minor things involved in roof replacement. Nelson and the crew finished the work same day. They cleared up all debris, nails and left the property in excellent condition. Hats off to Nelson and the crew. Jason returned next day to inspect the work took multiple pictures and sat down and reviewed in detail the work done. I have no hesitation to recommend MLM and the professional staff who helped replace my roof in a timely fashion and to my satisfaction.
