I am investor from Texas and I purchased a property in Raytown MO, i needed a quick quote on how much to replace a roof for a property i was closing on. He was fast and honest, he told me my roof did not to be replaced. It turns out the sellers did not know their father had the roof replaced before he passed away. He could have been dishonest and I would have paid over $4k but instead he saved me money. Thanks!
