Yvette Fortner review about company TLC Roof Services
Made an appointment. they offered between 9-11am. I said yes, as long as they call before the rep is there so I can meet him. They never called so rep went to my house when I wasn't home. When I called them at around 11:39am to find out when they'd be calling so we can meet. They asked to call me back because they were on the other line, they never did. I called again at 12:30pm and left a message, no call back. At 1:50pm I call them again to find out what is happening and Taylor the receptionist couldn't help me. So this was a huge waste of time. If this is the kind of service you get now, could you imagine what you'll get after you pay?.. I went with another company.
The roofers did a satisfactory job but the communication with the front office was a total disaster. Broken promises and lack of messages left unanswe...
I wouldn’t Recommmad this company what so ever 3 years later and still problems and now come to find out the roofing shingles are defected and the own...
terrible job, rude employees, and no respect for others and other people stuff. never doing business with them again!!!!
