Ruff Cut review about company Taskmasters Wood Maintenance

Called in January to get a quote, they seemed responsive but sent quote via snail mail claiming it wouldn't go through by email. I then asked some questions which took them a couple of weeks to answer. I then asked for proof of liability and workers compensation insurance. The owner claimed it would not go through email, and apparently couldn't just fax. I called the cell number and the office number on their brochure. No return phone calls and the office number is a recording stating disconnected. Not sure if they are not responding because they have no insurance but I would not allow them to do any work without proof. After two months of trying to get the information I am giving up.
