Several months of back and forth, we have 1/2 @ roof, damage due to nails coming into the ceiling (nails from the outside shingles came into the house!!), damaged gutters (have it on our surveillance), and more. Worst experience ever. We're considering hiring another roofer to comete the work and a carpenter to fix the custom interior wood ceiling they damanged, a siding company to actually do the siding (custom roofing still hasn't started that part of the job), hire someone to finish the windows b/c they allegedly forgot they needed window jams for out windows.
Very professional. Go the extra mile. Stand behind their work. The best.
