Kevin Hong review about company ASAP Roofing

This is the worst customer service I've ever received. Would give 0 stars if I could! DO NOT use this company. First of all they did not do a good job. After a while I started noticing with the rainfall that things were not installed correctly, I tried to contact them but, they basically disappeared and have never once helped me solve my problems. I’ve tried multiple times and ways to contact them via email and via phone. The first time for each, I had someone tell me that they would contact me within the next 28 hours. After waiting those 28 hours and hearing absolutely no response back, like a normal person I tried to call and email again and to my dismay no answer or response back. This company is basically scamming people of their money. NEVER USE THEM.
