Neil was amazing. I first contacted him via text and he was immediately responsive asking for pictures of the furniture I needed to have repaired (a table and book shelves). He provided a reasonable quote up front and was flexible in finding a suitable appointment time. On the day of service, he was in contact to let me know his ETA. Not only was he prompt, but he was also so friendly! We chatted through his work and it was a real pleasure to get to know him. His work was impeccable- I will definitely use him again in the future and I would absolutely HIGHLY recommend him!
