I would like to say that I worked with ken and that everything went perfectly. I cannot however because he refused my business. He came out to give me an estimate and upon arrival at my home in Middleburg Heights said to paraphrase that this area is too cheap for him to work. After a 20 minute talk and pleading w him to at least give me a quote I was happy to see that he at least did provide me with one. Two days later I call to modify our original plans and to get samples of the gutters he provides and it as is this point he decided that he wanted to “bow out of the job” no real reason given. From word of mouth I hear that he does good work Unfortunately he doesn’t believe my house is worthy I guess. Take it for what you will but I found it to be a little unbecoming if someone In the gutter business to not provide gutters to someone.
