This is the second roof I’ve had done by Cloise and Mike. They’ve been great. Reasonable prices, good communication, prompt, neat and professional. Although I did take other bids for this job, they were so much more affordable and they actually took the time to inspect the existing roof (instead of using a satellite photo and a 15 minute drive by to drop off bid with no accuracy for the job needs!). They took the time to show us the damaged decking, even though they had to wait 30 minutes for us to show up, gave us options, and listened. Finished this job in one day and left the place spotless.
