It seems your driver learnt nothing after the last complaint as he was up my arse for a large stretch of the A19 today. He then proceeded to bully every car in front of him by driving dangerously close to them and tailgating until they pulled over. Must've been doing 90mph at least. Can provide partial licence plate and description of driver if it helps. It was a grey van, licence FV67, driver was a white male, early 30's, glasses, dark hair. It would've been around 2-2.30. Travelling southbound between Peterlee and Hartlepool.
