During a recent windstorm, I lost a good portion of the roofing to my 75 year old house. I had never filed an insurance claim, not sought a roofer. I went on line and did some research as to product, services and average pricing for a home such as mine. I read reviews for Miceli roofing and decided to give them a call. As soon as I called John answered personally. He was out the next day with a crew to do an emergency repair. He kept in touch regularly as I was dealing with the insurance company. When the appraisal came back, he noticed many things that the insurance company had neglected to consider, such as bringing the roof up to current codes, permit fees, etc. He worked tirelessly with them so that I could get the standard of roof required at this time. John instantly seemed like I'd known him for years. He was timely, the work was beautifully done and in quite a timely manner. I cannot say enough good things about the experience I have had. I would highly recommend John and Miceli Roofing. You will not be disappointed. He does a phenomenal job.
