Jen Trantum review about company McVay Brothers Siding & Windows

One of their employees stole every piece of emergency and auto equipment out of the trunk of my car. It was a couple crates full. I had a good description of the employee specifically, and they knew exactly whom I was speaking of when I called them to report it. Once I was contacted by a superior, whom I believe was the owner.. I was told that “if they found any property, it would’ve been put in the property shed.” So they will ask the employee and search the shed, then get back to me. I was eventually told the employee I was referring to was asked about it, and he said that he put it all in the “property shed”, but that when they checked, none of my property was in there. Well, there you go. Multiple people saw this employee with my property. He “claims” to have put it in the property shed, yet, it’s not in the property shed. They literally gave me an “oh well, nothing we can do” answer at that point. Are you kidding me? At least $450 worth of property was stolen out of my vehicle by one of your employees, and you’re not going to do a thing about it? Terrible. They are supposed to be trusted to work on people’s homes. Yet, they’re not trustworthy, and their superiors back their dishonesty. I would never allow any of the employees of McVay’s on my property, given my previous experience with them.
