Alaska Roof Coatings repaired our house and garage roofs which had 40 years of cracking and wear. The silicone roof repair by ARC was much less money than replacing the roof would have been. The roof repair is three years old, and looks as good as new with no cracks or other wear. This product is durable and we are very pleased with the outcome.
