Dustin Cotta review about company Homefix

Their employees are the equivalent of children with daddy's tools. Multiple projects had to be redone because the workers simply did not have the knowledge of the work they were attempting to do. The people you deal with initially (Griff, Brian) sell you on this amazing work and make all these promises, but the supervisor was rarely present, there were multiple days when NO ONE showed up. They were unresponsive and when they did respond they were less than pleasant to deal with. They say they guarantee their work but every time they "fixed" something, first they tried to cast blame on us, but if they did fix it we were just left with another half-finished result. Ultimately we were just sick and tired of dealing with them. We will most likely end up spending thousands more (paid ~$20k) to fix the work they attempted. Also, they say they'll clean as they go, but they made a mess even on work they had just completed and we ended up having to do most of the cleaning ourselves. Pics show their awful trim, grout, and spackle work. Save yourself a lot of money and frustration and look elsewhere. Edit: Had them in my house more than once to fix things they did wrong. Griff offered to come by yet again, but I would not trust this company to set foot on my property again nor would I recommend this company to anyone for any project ever.
