Ang review about company Ruiz Roofing

Poor customer service! I called almost a month ago to have someone come take a look at my roof and they have yet to even return my call. The receptionist said they would be out that Friday. I called back the next week to check on the quote and was told they hadn't gone and maybe i should check elsewhere. She even gave me the # to call Sun City Roofing. I asked for the manager to call me and to no surprise, that didn't even happen.
