Jenna Wilson review about company J.M. Grove - Construction & Supply

DON'T give this company any Downpayment. We provided $1,063 after being pressed for one third down. Then they became non responsive. Josh quoted and would never call back. I finally said forget it, we'll take a refund. Natasha is nice when I call and says "I know, I agree" either way, my check was cashed 10/20/15 and on 12/10/15, they still have not responded with refund. I believe this is contractor fraud and I'm filing a complaint with the Inspector General on Monday. Terri Wellman Philadelphia
