The roof looks beautiful and I would recommend HCR to others. The only concern we have (and have voiced to HCR) is the lack of communication during the install of our roof as well as the after math of the process. Though the roof looks fantastic we don't know if it was installed correctly as there did not seem to be a supervisor on site or any updates on the progress. The process in our situation included an estimate, an agreement, the work, and that's it. It has been a couple of weeks since the roof has been completed and we still haven't had someone at our home review the project for proper install/completion...or at least non which have made themselves known to us. The gentleman who provided our estimate has reached out and one of the project coordinators as well but my concerns still stand. I believe the roof was installed properly, however, reassurance from a roof expert would be nice.
