Michael Lemon review about company NKS Contracting LLC

We had the opportunity to re-roof our house due to hail damage during a storm in the fall. We quoted multiple roofing companies and without a doubt, the team at NKS was far and above, in their field, as it related to customer service!! They contacted us, via email/text, as we indicated on the request form, at the times and dates we suggested. Other companies would just start attacking via phone and filling up the voicemail as soon as the form was submitted even though we requested not to be phoned. NKS followed our preferred method of contact as requested. They did not bomb us with sales brochures, as others did. They did not call incessantly. The rep came out and evaluated our roof to provide suggestions on simply how to proceed and left the timing up to us without bother. Once we had our insurance adjuster out to review, we contacted NKS again to schedule the work. NKS was clear and open as to suggested products based on the quality of the materials and their experiences with them. They were not focused on how much they were going to make off the project but rather solely focused on customer service, quality and workmanship. Site lead was on site the entire time and the owners even stopped by multiple times to ensure all was going according to plan. We were completely satisfied with the outcome and know we have a solid product on our roof! We look forward to never needing another roof but if we do, we know who to call! Thank you!
