I just recently had my roof replaced by Robinson Roofing. I was recommended by a colleague, a past customer of Robinson, whom I very much respect regarding the recommendation. At the onset I was scheduled for roof to begin on a Tuesday and rain pushed the start date out one day. The office was very good about communicating this to me as well as all communications during the process. The crew that replaced my roof was a team of very hard workers completing my roof very quickly. They had outlined what the process was in a contract and followed it verbatim. They cleaned the entire area and even notified me that after they left that the dumpster would be moved the next day and there would be a small deposit of sand under the dumpster. I got up on the roof at the conclusion and walked each and every area of my roof to make certain that workmanship was acceptable. My home is only twelve yrs old and my previous roof would continuously have shingles blow off. The shingles had been nailed too high, only penetrating one layer of shingle and not allowing the engineered sealant to adhere, thus my dedication to details on my new roof. My new roof from Robinson was very reasonable in overall cost as well as competitive in material quality. Judging by the service extended to date, should I have any future issues with my roof, I would anticipate the same level of service going forward.
