Was not a good experience overall. The roofing crew did a good job but all other portions of the process, not so good. The rep was always late for meetings, failed to provide timely and accurate documents, etc. The good job done by the roofers did not offset the poor job done by the project manager. Bottom line, very good roofers, not so good project manager. A different manager probably could have made the entire job more acceptable.
