We used Lacina to do our bedroom windows and hired them in August they began installation the second week of November and it is Feb 4 and they still aren’t finished. The service is the worst we have hired. We are so disappointed after using them on recommendation from a local business. The salesperson was very nice and easy to plan with. But I will not ever use them again and will not recommend them to others in Rochester.
