Phoned for estimate was told Tom would be in contact . 4 days later no contact, make your own mind up. Personally this reflects that if I had a emergency this company cannot be trusted to appear. Typical Florida. Thank you for your reply 04 / 16 to further clarify , I phoned your office the next day being it I had no call for appointment purposes , I was assured by your office that " Tom " has 24 hours to get in touch for an appointment. I also stated that the reason for phoning is as exactly happened here, many businesses do not in fact get back in touch, I was assured by your receptionist that this was not the case and again Tom had 24 hours to get back in touch. This did not happen , no voicemail, no telephone call .
