T&M replaced my lanai cage in July 2017. The company was sold in October 2017. I called a number of times over the past month to get a minor repair completed. They have been totally unresponsive. I did have 1 telephone conversation with Cindy who said they would send someone out for the repair. Never heard from her again. The original T&M did a great job installing the cage. The new ownership leaves much to be desired in terms of responsiveness and customer service. Be wary. As an update, after my initial post, I left 3 voicemail messages over the course of 10 days, none were returned. The repair I wanted done would have taken less than an hour. As a result of their lack of responsiveness and utterly dismal customer service, I filed a formal complaint with the Better Business Bureau. This company should be avoided.
