Paul Nelson review about company MadSky Managed Repair Program

Inspector did not answer his phone, nor did he reply to my text. 40-minutes after he was supposed to be here, I received a phone call from someone else saying that the inspector is not coming at all. This is not a great start to an expensive business relationship, so I am not moving forward with MadSky, and taking even more time off from work. I’m concerned that this may be the communication methods I will have to deal with, and that’s not going to be ok with me during the process.
