Josh Rusk review about company Diversified Roofing

These people have the worst customer service. No one returns your calls. And if they do it’s a week later because someone is on vacation even though you called and left a few voice mails with other people. They came out made us a quote that was over $100 more then the company we ended up using. They are the ones that built the roof not even 3 years ago about 2 1/2 years and the roof from the storms ripped out roof apart. They say it’s an act of god they can’t control what the weather does. But why is it a brand new home and not only ours many others in same builder complex that also had same issues. That sounds more like workmanship then weather. The people the had on the roof when it was being built had no professional vehicles and could not sp aj English every time we checked on our home while being built. Stay away
