Mark, our sales guy, has been so helpful and has gone above and beyond to help us. From the time I signed the contract, though, it took a long time to get our project started and I only received updates on when it was starting because I kept bugging them. Once the project started, the work was excellent. Unfortunately, the clean up process was challenging and, in fact, was never finished. I had to clean up trash and leftover siding myself after several weeks of me trying to ask for the team to finish it out. Hard to wholeheartedly recommend them because of these challenges. Update - bumping up to a 4 star. Mick reached out, came by himself personally, and finished the job for us. Then he reassured us that if we notice anything in the next few months even that they would come back by and take care of it. I feel grateful for his apology and his personal attention to make it right.
