Poor customer service. Ordered skylight and sun tubes. With no contact in 4 months and after several calls, email, web inquiries I received a response of "can we install this week". 5 months after ordering the skylight and tubes, they were installed. Sky light started leaking 5 weeks later. One patch job lasted 2 weeks, leaking again. Products are great, but workmanship isn't. Very disappointed.
