Bob Jedro review about company Owens Construction Services LLC
I filled out an online quote request and got a prompt call back, however, the gentleman wanted to charge me $75 for an estimate. The website had no mention of a charge (and still doesn't). The person I spoke to said he would wave the charge since they just started this policy. Chris Thompson came out to view the work and after a lengthy discussion we agreed that he would provide two estimates. One for chimney removal and another for siding my home. After waiting a week for pricing I contacted Chris to find out where the hold up was. I got several apologies from Chris for his late response and that turned in to no response at all. I am still puzzled why they would waste their time if they had no intention of quoting.
