Josh Chapman review about company Rons Roofing LLC

Had a flat roof put on because I was assured that it would fix the leak I was having. 3 months later and I started having a leak in exactly the same spot. Ron’s has refused to fix the problem/make the situation right. They have also stopped returning my phone calls. Had another roofing company come out and found out the flashing between roof and the support post was not done correctly. I was also over charged. The problem was also completely misdiagnosed. It wasn’t my flat roof that was the culprit. In summary, Ron’s fixed the wrong problem at an inflated rate, and now refuses to fix the real problem. Integrity issues abound.
