Mikhail is a man of his word and Imperial is an honorable company. We bought a house in 2017 with Imperial’s roof (they put the roof up in 2010) but we did not transfer the 25 year warranty when we bought. When some roof shingles came off during a storm, we called Imperial if they could help us. Although they did not have to, Imperial stopped by and fixed the roof free of charge and provided an inspection too! Thank you so much!!
