Chris Cano review about company Affordable 1 Home Services

I had the roofs replaced by Affordable 1 Home Services on two of my houses in August of last year. I don’t write reviews until enough time has past in case any issues arrive. I will tell you that I am 100% satisfied with this company! First off, Jon Myers was my initial consultant and I could not have asked for a better person to intimate the process. Jon was extremely friendly and helpful, he went over everything in great detail; I mean he shared the specifics on every little piece of information regarding this large commitment. He earned my business from the start and I’m not sure I would have “pulled the trigger” on such a large commitment if it was not for Jon’s help. He handled all of the work with both insurance companies, while consistently communicating with me. He took so much of his own time to ensure that my wife and I were happy; this type of customer service is becoming more rare these days... I mean, he has continued to follow up with us even a year later! Once the project was started, the team they sent to both houses were extremely efficient and accurate, as I have not had a single issue with either roof in a year. The team was very professional, respectful, and did a wonderful clean up job. I am so happy with our purchases. Thank you so much Jon! Jon Myers and Affordable 1 Home Services is the only option if you need a new roof!
