Be aware that their "warranty" does not transfer to new owners. Pretty lousy customer service to not fix an issue with a relatively new roof on that basis, which I now costing us $$$$ for someone else to fix. Damned if I am going to hire the same company that did a shoddy job in the first place and then had this escape clause in their so called "warranty".
