If you're seeking a knowledgeable, hardworking, committed and customer oriented roofing contractor then you need to work with Chris at Booth Brothers Construction. I had reached out to Booth Brothers to obtain a quote for roofing repair work for a property in Baltimore City that required some attention after a recent inspection. Chris was able to get to the property rather quickly to inspect the entire roof. Chris was very thorough while looking over the extent of work necessary, asking pertinent questions, and even providing advice on how the work could best get done and the appropriate price point for the type of work. After visiting the site, he provided a quote for the work in less than 2 hours and was willing to include a discount since I was a first time customer, it was quick job and he even offered to work thru the weekend. Long story short, turns out the roof was actually still under warranty with a previous contractor, who agreed to make the necessary repairs under said warranty. Chris was very professional and polite in providing his opinion on the existing craftsmanship and to be cautious. He even offered his services in the event I wasn't satisfied with the warranty work. Although circumstances did not allow for Chris and his team to do the work, at this time, I felt it was necessary to recognize them for their ability to conduct business as professionals in the roofing industry.
