Ryan C review about company Beneficial Roofing of Crossville, TN

I recommended this company to my mother due to their ratings. After calling to get a quote, they scheduled a time/day, but they called and said they couldn't make it on that day. That was understandable...it happens. However, they couldn't make it back out for another week so we scheduled another time/day. This time they called the day before to confirm the appointment. We waited, but they never showed. When we called, the lady on the phone was not very professional and rude. These people do not respect people's time and are not very eager for business.
