Drew Hulse review about company Klingelhut Window & Siding

We got gutters installed on our house from this company, requiring gutter aprons. I noticed water running behind the gutters during a storm so when it finished I looked above the gutter and no aprons were installed. I called the company a few times leaving messages, but never got a call back. After the fourth call someone finally answered. I explained the issue and asked they come out and install the gutter aprons. They said they would be happy to come out and fix it for a charge. I said that wasn't acceptable since it should have been done in the first place. They said no and eventually hung up on me mid-conversation. If this company can't install gutters correctly there is no way I'd trust them to do anything else. Edit: To clarify, this was 5 years ago we got them installed and had the issues.
