Although I had initially submitted a negative review, after speaking with owner and then choosing them from several bids to do several repair jobs, I have to say my husband and I are more than pleased with Home Genius Exteriors. They respond ALWAYS...which is a rarity when trying to find contractors; their prices were the best and the work to date has been incredible. Even when one project turned out to be more work than what was expected, they kept to same price and did not charge more. Very professional and show true respect for client. I highly recommend.
