Ocala Powerhouse review about company Dunnrite Roofing

Called for an estimate and the owner's assistant failed to schedule it as promised. When I called back to check on my estimate, she said..."Oh so sorry, but we are too busy and couldn't make it". Gave them a second chance until I received a call from the owner, Mitch defending his assistant and telling me I must have contacted the wrong company. Had a horrible attitude and was not even apologetic. Poor customer service in my book!
