Benjamin O'Brien review about company Ridgeline Exteriors - Roofer & Contracting Services
Scheduled a meeting with this company for a business to business job. After they were a few minutes late I gave them a call to ensure I had provided them with the correct address. He was still at home when I called, and told me he would be there in 2-3 minutes. After an additional 30 minutes I realized he was not coming. Rather than be forward and say he was not interested or too busy, he just blew me off and lied to me. I don't know how their work is, but their professionalism is non existent. UPDATE: I have provided the owner with a screenshot of my phone which showed clearly that I was at the job site "Near 76 High St" for our 8 o'clock meeting until 8:39. I'm not sure why the owner felt the need to say otherwise.
