Michael Bruss review about company Safe Harbor Commercial Roofing, Inc.

I had a ceiling leak in my house and Safe Harbor Roofing did the repairs to the roof in what they thought would fix the leak. They did a great job on this repair. Unfortunately, it did not fix the leak. I called them back to let them know this and no call back for weeks. After multiple calls, I had another representative come take a look. After that nothing. After multiple calls, I gave up. Four months later I get an invoice out of nowhere, even though the problem was never fixed. They do good work, but may not necessarily fix your problem or return your calls. They may forget to call you back, but not to invoice you.
