Anacortes Mini Storage review about company RVM All Metal Roofing

Saw the one star review on this company and thought I'd share my experience. Called for estimate and they came down on a Saturday. We have a company for which running around on the roof during business hours is not an option. They offered to do the job during off hours and on the weekend which was appreciated. Unfortunately there was a mixup, and the date we had asked for (and we had invested significant resources for this date including canceling appointments etc), so other times were not an option. RVM was flexible and performed half the job that day, and half another day a week later. Not idea, but again, they solved the problem. Half way through the project, the city approached me and asked where my "roof permit" was. Had no idea I needed one, and called RVM. They also did not know one was needed. So we were fined for this by the city because of starting work without a permit. I asked RVM to pay for this, and they agreed. Finally, there was a miscalculation on the estimate, which would have cost us a significant amount of money. Rather than bickering and whining, RVM stepped up and absorbed this cost without charge to us. All in all, this company seems to stand by any errors, miscalculations, oversights, and so on. Ironically, it is these bumps in the road with our install, and the way they handled them, that makes me more comfortable with them as a company. If there were future leaking problems, install problems, roof issues, I'm hopeful they will have the same attitude seen so far.
