Douglas Chiciak review about company SAS Roofing & Waterproofing

We hired a different roofing company to replace our flat roof on our townhouse and ended up with more leaks than before. Every night that it rained, we ended up with leaks in the house and no matter how many times them came to fix it, they never could. Totally distraught with their work, we hired Mohammad to fix their mistakes, re-side our bulkhead, replace our bulkhead roof, add a new gutter, and fix some damage to our roof door. After one full day of work at a totally reasonable price, we are leak free for the first time in months. I was finally able to sleep through the night, confident that our roof issues are over with. Mohammad and his team were fast, courteous, upfront, and very communicative on what we needed to have done. He never tried to upsell me or do more work than was necessary, but he also didn't cut a single corner. He noticed issues that the other roofers didn't and was able to diagnose our problem in 10 minutes. Our roof looks wonderful now and I can say with confidence that I know his work will hold up. Even if it doesn't he guarantees all of his work and he even contacted me the past two days after it rained to make sure that there were no more leaks. Take it from someone who has been burned before, Mohammad is the man to solve your roof issues. Don't make the same mistake I did - go with SAS from the start.
