John Phelps review about company Lyons Roofing

Art came to look at our roof after we found extensive mold inside walls and ceiling 4 years into a 5 year warranty (we paid plenty for the longer warranty). He blamed it on the scuppers which he said were 'completely open, not sealed whatsoever' and of course, not covered by their warranty. This is highly unlikely given the scuppers are beneath the area where leak occurred. Additionally, if the scuppers were installed so badly ("completely wide open") when the house was build decades ago, how come Lyons did not mention it when they came to inspect, subsequently repair and re-coat the roof 4 years ago? He was rude, reeked so badly of cigarette smoke I regret having him walk through the house to get to the backyard. Lyons roofing does not stand by their work! Keep looking and READ the WARRANTY CAREFULLY! It's useless.
