Kristi Webster review about company World Class Renovations

We had World Class Renovations come and install our laminate floor. The men that came were very nice and hard working. However, it seemed their boss kept calling them telling them to hurry up. Because of this the trim around our laminate is horrible. It doesn't line up correctly and some pieces are too long for the space. We are going to have to fix all of it ourselves. We also asked the men to fix some of the messed up places from when we tried doing the living room laminate ourselves. One of the men said he would, but then later said that his boss told him they couldn't. I was shocked by this and thought this was very bad customer services. We would have paid more; that wasn't an issue. We just wanted the floor finished. Both men left in a super hurry before we could even do a walk through and after looking, we know why.
